Custom Orders

Each custom item is created to your approved specifications. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on customized items.  

Cancellations 

You may cancel your order for a full refund before work begins. Work includes purchasing materials specifically for your order or beginning customization. Once work begins, cancellations and changes are not guaranteed. Please contact us promptly by replying to your order confirmation email.

Sizing and Design Approval

Please review your size, measurements, spelling, colors, and design detail before approving your order. Changes requested after approval may reflect pricing and completion time.

Damaged or Incorrect Items 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approval order, reply to your order confirmation email with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact us before returning an item. 

Thrift Finds-Final Sale

All Thrift Finds purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for fit, sizing, or change of mind. Please review each item's photos, size, and condition before purchasing.
